Services DETAILS

Interior painting is the fastest and most cost efficient way to transform the look and feel of your space. Greg has been transforming interior painting projects for the last 30 years. Upon first meeting with Greg Agosta owner/operator you will see his excitement and passion when it comes to interior home painting. During your on-site or virtual walk meeting Greg will recommend the best paints for your paint project. Sometimes the best paint is not necessary when you are just doing a quick update or getting ready to put your home on the market. No matter what painting project you have for home our prep process stays the same. The prep work that happens prior to putting paint on the walls is the most important.

Our interior painting services follow the same process of preparation whether we are painting your entire interior or painting a door. You can trust that great care and coordination will occur prior and during your painting project.

  • We will walk with you throughout the areas we will be painting to document any prior damage and answer any last-minute questions you may have.
  • Items on walls or ceilings such as electrical outlet covers, pictures, fixtures, etc. will be removed from the areas we will be painting.
  • Any furniture or breakables are carefully moved to the center of the room and covered with painters plastic to prevent drips and dust.
  • We will then cover the flooring with clean canvas drop cloths to protect your floor from paint drips and dust.
  • Holes in walls will be filled using spackle, allowed to dry, sand, and when required we will apply a texture to match the surrounding surfaces.
  • Any cracks on your walls will be patched using a joint compound, sanded, smooth, and spot primed.
  • Baseboards, trim, and doors will receive a light scuff sanding to abrade the surface to promote proper adhesion of your new paint.

Most interior painting projects in Portland and Vancouver will be completed using brushes and rollers.  We always apply at least two coats of paint to assure the best finish possible. When a level 5 finish is specified or when trim and cabinetry painting is involved we bring the airless or air-assisted sprayer out for the job.

Level 5 Fine Finishes will exceed your expectations of what being the best painter means. We pride ourselves on our systematic and methodical processes to assure that no corner is left uncut, or surface sanded.  We look forward to working with you on your next project.
